We are pleased to announce that Ecowaste Solutions acquired Hometown Disposal, Inc., on March 27, 2026. We welcome you to Ecowaste Solutions and look forward to serving you.

The Ecowaste Team is committed to making this transition as smooth and seamless as possible for you. We appreciate your business and are excited about the opportunity to continue to provide your waste collection service.

What you need to know during this transition:

• Hometown Disposal’s routes have not changed. The same routes are still scheduled for the same days. In the future, you will be notified of any changes to service days.
• You should receive your first invoice from Ecowaste on July 1, 2026. If you have an email address on file with Hometown Disposal, you will receive invoices to that email address. Otherwise, you will receive invoices by mail.
• To pay your invoice:
  • Pay through our secure online payment portal at https://ecowastesol.com/pay. Your new account number will be located on your first invoice and will be required when registering for your online account.
  • Pay via check to PO Box 775, Tontitown, Arkansas 72770.
  • All invoices sent by mail are subject to a $5.00 administrative fee. While we are waiving this fee for now, we encourage you to take advantage of our paperless billing option found on the secure portal under “Manage Paperless.”
• Ecowaste offers a $10 discount on your next invoice when you set up your account on AutoPay. Use the secure portal login above to register. AutoPay amounts are processed on the 15th of each month.
• Please note that any existing automatic bill pay or EFT arrangements established with Hometown Disposal will need to be canceled through your financial institution. To ensure timely and accurate posting of future payments, we recommend enrolling in our convenient autopay option.
